Informally Informed is aimed at those who do not have the skillset to competently defend their Christian beliefs or perhaps even understand them. Most of us are not in the position to attend seminary or take formal theological training, yet we have a vested interest and sometimes even a slight nagging feeling that we ought to learn more.

This is the need that Informally Informed is designed to meet, we aim to give those who need it a strong understanding of their beliefs and the knowledge and skill to defend it when the time comes. Recommended for young adults onwards, our hope is that young people will utilise our materials before attending university where so many lecturers and professors can and often will challenge their faith, and in so many cases, damage it.

Informally Informed is written in such a way as to take complex philosophical and theological concepts and present them in an easy to understand manner which will help the new student better understand them, and better present them to those inquiring.

“…but in your hearts honour Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defence to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.”
1 Peter 3:15 (ESV)

Informally Informed encourages the student to employ critical thinking and logic in their studies and presentations of their beliefs, to not only bolster their worldview, but also to show that there is evidence and logical reasons to believe the Bible.

We hope you take the time to look around our site and to enrol or purchase our course. If you are not in a position to purchase, please contact us for information for sponsorship.
